Joining Process

Financial Year
The Club’s financial year runs from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026.
New members are charged a pro-rata subscription based on their joining date, in addition to the following annual fees:

  • House Levy: $100.00
  • Golf Affiliation Charges: $85.00
  • MiScore App: $6.00

Entrance Fee
An entrance fee of $2,500.00 applies to all new members and is payable upon acceptance.
Applicants aged 18–25 years are eligible for a reduced entrance fee of $1,000.00
A payment plan may be arranged for the annual subscription; however, the entrance fee must be paid in full upon acceptance.
Application Fee
All application fee payments are non-refundable.
Proposer and Seconder Requirements
All applications must be supported by a proposer and a seconder.
If you do not know any current members, the referee section may be completed by a member of another recognised golf club who can verify your golfing ability.

Application Process

  1. Complete the application form and submit it either in person at Clubhouse Reception or via email to [email protected].
  2. Pay the non-refundable application fee of $250. If submitting by email, we will contact you to arrange payment.
  3. Once payment is received, your application will be placed on the waiting list. While on the waiting list, applicants must pay the applicable visitor fee to play golf.
  4. Your application will enter a 14-day review period on the member portal. After this period, it will be submitted to the Board for consideration at the next scheduled meeting.
  5. Upon Board approval, you will receive new member documentation and your membership invoice. Once payment is received, your website login details will be emailed, and you will have full playing rights in accordance with your membership category as outlined in the Rosebud Country Club By-Laws.
  6. You will be invited to attend an induction meeting conducted by the Committee, where you will be formally welcomed and guided through all aspects of membership.

The 6-Day membership category is currently at capacity – no new members are being accepted.
